5 Nov,2005it is cloudy , i don't like the weather .i usually am unhappy when it is cloudy.and i don' t know why. but dad says that it will rain in the afternoon. i like rain however.i am not so upset today ,i just answered a riddle from"let play riddles".and i am sure i am right .i got it when i was cooking eggs for myself for breakfast. i like riddles and i like solving intellective questions. it makes me exciting.

hello,everyone! i am not good at english , i have given up english studies for more than 6 years . and i find here , a good place to study english .i am encouraged by everyone here and i am contracted very much . i am going to continue my englishstudying from now on. but i know it is not so easy , and i need you ,everyone to help me .i will writing my journals here everyday (i will try)and you all are welcome to my journals .maybe it is not interesting and literate,so you can point out the mistakes ,you can laugh at me(you'd better not), you can criticise my ideas and everything you don't agree with me..... all you have done to my journals is to help me ,i think . and i am expecting you ... thanks again. i want to say thanks especially to : TTQQ ,Cutely , melodyandjason( RJR) , calahe (CoCo), Tommyzdc (Admiral) , fengyehupan, Fumashirou jihusou(riddles) ,poisonousfang (Michelle) ...your warmnesses makes me more self-confident and ---i can't impress myself,hehe!

Carlsson ups the ante for Mercedes' SL55 AMG

When even the AMG version of the Mercedes-Benz SL 55 isn't enough, German tuner Carlsson is there to help. Their version of the SL 55 AMG is dubbed the CK55 RS, and it should give its lucky owners some serious bragging rights in the executive parking lot.

Under the hood, Carlsson tweaks the 55's supercharger for higher boost, particularly at lower rpm, and massages the engine electronics, resulting in a stout 601 hp and a maximum torque of 810 Nm (599 ft-lb) at only 2600 rpm. The reworked powerplant is good for 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in 4.2 seconds and a (restricted) top speed of 332 kph (206 mph).

The CK55 has the usual tuner touches of a stainless steel exhaust system, restyled front and rear fascia, and Carlsson's signature custom wheels (including the 20-inch "Brilliant Edition" models shown).

Keeping you in touch with the road is Carlsson's electronically-controlled C-Tronic Suspension, which lowers the nominal ride height of the car by over an inch, automatically raising the car on rough roads and lowering the car to the minimum ride height at high speed.

10 ways to deal with sleep disorder

Here are 10 advices I collected from sleep disorder specialists and other people, few of my own. I followed most of those advices, but not all of them, at all times -
1) at night, keep away from bright light; in the a.m., open the shades and go out for a walk, to tell myself, “this is the start of the day”.
2) go to bed and get up at the same time daily. Keep bed room dark and quiet, and remove distractions (no working in bed).
3) don’t exercise or eat at the end of the day.
4) zero tolerance on caffeine, alcohol and nicotine in the evening.
5) have a healthy diet. People who eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and low-fat protein feel better and sleep better.
6) enjoying a warm bath can help.
7) try taking 1,000 mg of calcium, it may calm your muscles and nerves, helping you sleep.
8) remember mind-body balancing. Lyinqqg in bed, starting from your legs and moving up to your head, tense your muscles one at a time, then release. Your body will feel more relaxed, like a rubber band after it’s been stretched.
9) try soothing alternate-nostril breathing. Exhale through one nostril, using your fingers to close the opposite nostril. Breathe in and out; then switch back and forth.
10) have a cup of herbal tea, such as chamomile, to relax your body.
